JAKKS acquires Trendmasters - Dec 2002

MALIBU, Calif. -- Dec. 3, 2002 -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the product lines and related assets of St. Louis, Missouri-based Trendmasters, a privately held toy company. Trendmasters is known for "The Storm(TM)" brand of water guns, gliders and junior sports toys, seasonal products for Halloween, Christmas and Easter, and vehicles, action figures, dolls and playsets under multiple brands.
