| X-Plus Co., Ltd. was founded in Osaka, Japan in 1986. Originally conceived as a trading company, X-Plus Co., Ltd. rapidly expanded its offices within Southeast Asia. By 1994, X-Plus had established offices in Seoul, Shanghai, and Beijing in addition to holding nine firms in Hong Kong, seven in Korea, three in India, and one in Italy.
RIC Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of X-Plus Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. RIC in the same year introduced its first line of toys and garage kits to Japan. It is now a leading garage kit and toy manufacturer in Japan.
X-Plus USA Inc. is the newest member of the ever growing X-Plus family. Our debut to the American market was held at the 2000 San Diego Comic-Con Expo / International last July. The market response was phenomenal and we had a terrific time! As is the attitude of X-Plus Co., Ltd of Japan, we will strive to offer the consumer a top end product at a more than reasonable price.
