Profile: Commodore Fleece Cardigan

Commodore Cardigan is real "do-it-by-the-book" officer. Tough, stubborn and savvy, he hates to quit firing. Cardigan is often seen screaming through the swamps in his jet-powered air boat, terrifying the ducks and tadpoles. He frequently ends up calling for aid when he gets stuck in the muck, but although his fleece may get wet, his ardor is never dampened.
