The additional embarrassed expression part and the cast-off feature make it possible to faithfully recreate both the cover and the illustration under the cover. Her large breasts almost bursting out of the white bikini are reproduced to look like real flesh, and if you remove the transparent pareo you will find a mole on her right thigh, which is Nekoume's idea.
