Character profile
Profile: Newborn Lurtz
Lurtz is an Uruk-hai. Created by Saruman, he is more powerful than a normal orc. He is able to travel during the day and uses weapons not usually carried by orcs. At Amon Hen, he kills Boromir by shooting him with arrows. He then fights Aragorn, who eventually mangages to kill Lurtz by cutting off his head.
Product description
product: Lord of the Rings Trilogy Fellowship of the Ring Action Figure Newborn Lurtz
Although Lurtz lacks a ton of accessories (he comes with a whip), the toggle switch on his back allows for his arms to move up and down and side to side. He was able to easily pick up an opponent, shake him about, and toss him. The body and facial sculpt is nicely done and the paint job is cool. He's a hefty figure, so standing on his own is no problem (the ankle joints help). Eleven points of articulation and ball joints in the shoulders allow for a wide range of movement. --A. Galindo
