About ARTFX - Kotobukiya Co    
ARTFX is a subsidiary of Kotobukiya Company. A new toy brand name, ARTFX was launched in July 1999 to lead Kotobukuiya's expansion into the action figure realm, including soft vinyl statues and cold-cast buildup lines. At this time, Kotobukiya's U.S. distrubtion arm received a new name- Koto Inc.Koto, Inc. was established in March of 2000, to distribute the products of its parent company, Kotobukiya. Its first line was Final Fantasy VIII Guardian Force (action figures, soft vinyl and cold-cast statues) Koto, Inc. also has undertaken co-development efforts with companies such as Dark Horse (Hellboy vinyl statue) N2Toys, and D-Boy, Inc.(Dark Angel) Other lines to its name are Armored Core 2, Bastard!, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Their toys are distributed in US by Palisades Marketing LLC
