Jack Friedman co-founded JAKKS Pacific, Inc. in 1995, serving since that time as the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his positions at JAKKS Pacific, from January 1989 until January 1995, Mr. Friedman was president, chief executive officer and director of THQ, Inc. a publicly held company that develops and sells interactive games and software. From 1970 to 1991, Mr. Friedman held executive positions at several other toy companies, including president and chief operating officer of LJN Toys, Ltd., a toy and software company. When MCA/Universal, Inc. acquired LJN in 1986, Mr. Friedman continued as president until MCA's sale of LJN in late 1988. |
